DreamLink T2 "cannot connect to portal" please help

hi,

My Dreamlink T2 box was working fine 30mins ago and now it just wouldn't connect to the server. I've tried resetting the box to factory, I've re-installed the DOL2 over and over, I've updated the box to the latest firmware, it's still not connecting... nothing works. My Mag 254 box connects fine. Can anyone assist?

I have the same issue to FIU of my box client including my self
what I try:
uninstall DOL2
reset DOL2
change portal address
reset DOL2
no different than suddenly the channel connected again
as I said I can't find the fix or the reason for the problem
browser and other application work just fine
I'm playing with this products for a long time the problem wasn't internet
