The VOD Section is not loading on my T1 ? this happened after the update?

Is this thru the new Playlist Portal or thru the VOD Portal ?
Did you get the latest Update from today or last night ?

The latest for the T1 plus edition is ....

VOD/Live/Settings
Live is fine but when I click the box for VOD it keeps on Loading without populating?

Click on that and see if there is a Playlist portal in there.

But back to the issue at hand...
When in Live TV, use the VOD button on the RCU instead of the onscreen functions, to load VODs... see if that makes a difference

have to tried disconnecting from internet, rebooting receiver and reconnecting to internet and server ?

Did all that, Still NO VOD, Then downloaded DOL2, it works over there just an FYI for anyone having same issues

Did you re-install the DOL2 and now VODs work ?

There are 2 versions of DOL, DOL 1.94 and DOL 2.0 in the Market section. I use both. Maybe I should only use DOL2.0

Also DOL2.0 does have playlist option.

yes, the DOL2 is the one to use.
Delete the other one if it is sitting in your APPs page.

Then he switched to DOL version 2.0 (which can be found in the Market).

Is that the same problem ?
If so, it should not be a problem... just install the DOL2 :)

No from live TV if he hits the vod on the remote nothing happens like the button does not work.
From the home page try's to go to vod it comes back with portal not found.

I had him uninstall dol2 and to reinstall did not help.

Going to have him unplug his Ethernet cord and to reboot then to re plug in the Ethernet to check for update.

Waiting on his rely.
He is using Rocket P1.
