The Jets are in the next round !
They eliminated the Minnesota Wild in the first round at 4 games to 1
First time ever for this franchise to get to the Playoff's second round, including when they were the Atlanta Thrashers, 6 or 7 years ago.

The Flyers needed that win to stay alive and now will be going to Philly for next game, which is another do or die situation for the Flyers :eek:

Okay, i'm back too much brownies and scotch......LOL!!!The game was way closer and like my previous post said a "classic" It's hard to beat the Bruins 3 straight but the Leafs made it close. that beaing said I'm worried about or goalkeeping..it is very shaky!!!
Bruins leading the Lightning 2-1 in the 2nd period.
Bruins had a goal waved off due to a questionable cross checking call, but they came back quickly with another goal. Bruins 3-1 over the Lightning in the second period.
Marchand scored with 18:00 left in the 3rd. Bruins leading the Lightning 4-2.
Bergeron scored with 9:00 left in 3rd. Bruins leading 5-2.
With 6:00 left, DeBrusk scored. Bruins lead the Lightning 6-2.

I could watch it if I get myself into the house, but currently am in cabin house outback messing around with m3u files and playback on the Buzzz box, which is not setup for LiveTV right now :eek:... All I needed to do was go into the 'Big House' to catch the game.. but ..... then I saw you ...lol :)
Well, this one is put to bed. Bruins over the Lightning 6-2. First half was fairly even. Second half was all Bruins.
Have fun in the cabin!

Good game, was all day with family but i expected the Bruins to win,!!!
End of 1st period: Lightning leading Bruins 3-1. The Lightning seems so much faster than the Bruins tonight. It definitely has me worried.

looks that way, good games...heartbreak games for me for some damn good hockey is being played!!!My opinion that they should have gotten rid of the Leafs sooner, their type of hockey requires a lot of energy and it looks like they are tiring!!!

At the on-set of this NHL season, Vegas gave Vegas 500/1 odds to make it to the Stanley Cup and win it all.
That would be a heck of a pay out for anyone that took them odds :eek:
