Recording help help plz!

I am new and can not work out how to record something I have a USB hard drive attached to rear and using ---.mx but the record function does not operate , please can someone tell me where I am going wrong?
Is ---.mx the best option or is there far better please advise I need the help thank you

So does it mean you can not use record yet or I have to enable?
Also is the ---.mx the best as really expensive?

Of course they will. Only a foolish man would open the recording of the free entry . Any idea if it is unblocked how much additional meaningless traffic will be generated?
