Is there something wrong with dol2 everytime I load a new portal dol loads no problem but dol2 tell me that there is a portal error.is something wrong at there end can someone let me know. Thanks

exit completely out to the main dreamlink menu screen.
Then re-enter My Apps and DOL2 and try again.

If you do not exit completely out when it gives that error , then it will not connect the portal till you do.

This is usually caused by an internet issue, with even a few second lose of internet connection will cause the DOL to fail on portal loading.

I would also suggest only using DOL or DOL2 but not both.

Im experiencing the same issue.. i followed yal instructions and i still get portal not available..am i missing something?
Portal name ..rocket
Portal url...http://p1.iptvrocket.tv
Login required..yes
User id.. donation number
User password.. donation number.
I can get dol 1 to work.. so i erased it and trying dol2.. it wont work for me..

does not matter as the dreamlink automatically inserts that prefix portion.

Have you tried the long URL address ?
And you gotta exit completely out and then re-entre the DOL2
And changing the portal being used in the DOL2 may help

AND uncheck the User Credentials/Login Required box
Don't enter anything in that area, leave it blank.

it is still happening.. I tried a new portal.. Still didn't work.. What is "the long URL address" ? I did re enter dol 2 after backing all of the way out.. I even tried unplugging it after I put the settings in

Look in the Donation Checker for your portal assignment. The long address will look something like this...

I got it working.. i had to use the long portal.. thanks for your support.. i never had to use rocket checker before because i am considered a reseller so i use the papiao dashboard.. thanks a lot..
