Type in [kodi home site] or [kodi version ?# download] into Your Browser...! Every-time I have installed the version in the market a window would open telling Me that a Newer More Stable Version is Available and tells Me where to get it but I can't make it out as it is small and blurry...!

If You have a Google Play Store Account You can use this : http://iptvtalk.net/showthread.php?37029-How-To-Update-Kodi-On-Android-Boxes
This box does not have Google Play natively, you will need to follow the instructions in this sticky thread:
http://iptvtalk.net/showthread.php?23450-TWRP-backup-root-google-play
There are no guarantees that this will work, and does involve changing the recovery image on this box. Don't blame anyone but yourself if you brick your box.

From this Site :
https://kodi.wiki/view/HOW-TO:Install_Kodi_for_Android
2.2 Download
Download Kodi for Android from the Kodi.tv servers. Official stable builds can be found here:
http://kodi.tv/download/ You need to either select the ARM or x86 version depending on your hardware.
2.2.1 Android TV
From a desktop computer or phone/tablet, go to
http://play.google.using the same Google account as used in your Android TV device.
Install a browser such as Chrome. Select your Android TV box from the popup menu after clicking the install/get button.
To make things easy, connect a USB or Bluetooth mouse.
Open the browser either by voice remote (for example, say "Open Chrome") or from something such as Sideload Launcher.
Follow the rest of the steps below for "'Normal' Android"

android Operating System (OS)
Boxes come with that OS and you can not change that.
As times change thou , the OS does not keep up and a new android OS is released. Your avov (or other device) is not privvy to that update thou.. if running on a PC you would see the newer OS but a device as such as an iptv receiver only sees what it was put on the market with

When You Open up Kodi and see the Banner on the Screen, go to and Click ... Programs ... Another Window Opens with 2 Options ... Android Apps and Program addons ... Click on the Android Apps and Another Window Opens with a List of Apps, (1)... Go down to the ... Browser ... and Click it... Now You are connected to the World Wide Web thru Google...! Just go to Kodi Downloads and find the one that will Work for You...!
Refer to this : http://iptvtalk.net/showthread.php?37431-How-can-i-get-the-latest-kodi-version&p=233626&viewfull=1#post233626 ...!
(2)... If You have already Downloaded and Can't Find it, continue downward to ...Downloads ... it should be in there...! If Not, go back to Browser and Start Over Again...!
