Deleting Install Apps through File Manager

Hi Friends,

I have a Global Media Box. I recently installed a few apps from my USB flash drive using the file manager. I no longer need those apps and I need to delete them.
Is there a way that I could delete. I tried but could not find a way. If it is possible, what are the steps I should follow.

Would appreciate your reply.

go into settings/more/apps and select the app and uninstall
