Have reciever hard wired ethernet at 200 speed unlimited

Box sometimes just cuts out and says "loading" and freezes.
Unplug and plug back in 10 times a day. Its annoying for one of the "best" boxes out there.

It just happened
I went into ethernet settings.. said

Internet connection :"No" under automatic

...click on manual... go back to automatic 1 second later and says

Internet connection "Yes"

And works again

Can anyone help me out on this issue please

Could be a hardware problem. Maybe the network adapter is faulty?

However, just to test, I went into the network setting of my box and it also initially said No about the internet connection and after a couple of seconds it said Yes. I have never experienced any consistent issue with buffering that I couldn't trace to either the provider or my network, so I would imagine there is just a delay in the network connection settings displaying the status, not necessarily a lack of connection.

Have you tried a different service provider with similar results?

defect, I've replaced two units so far for that same reason. It's not a common issue, very small % I've seen with this defect. I would contact your seller and have them replace for you.
