After receiving my free Buzz Tv box from the raffle a few weeks ago, I am still unable to get it to work. Tried everything that was posted and still nothing.
These are the things I tried.
Linked the mac address to the donation checker. 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX (X's are the last 6 digits of the mac address on the bottom of the box)
Also tried the mac address on the bottom of the box.
Did an IP reset
Set the user name and password

Donation is active.
Tried to reset the router and the Buzz box.
Tried wireless and ethernet connection, no difference.
I also tried using Kodi with Stalker Client. Using the same mac address ,username, and password, that won't load channels either.
The box updated when I first plugged in in so I know that it is connecting to the internet.
When I try to connect it shows the Handshake started screen then the loading user profile screen then I get the message Subscription Expired or not Activated, Please contact your Service Provider.
I have the MAG 254 and that works without any problems. I also have 2 Fire Sticks that are loaded with Kodi and both those work after an IP reset. I know that I can only use one of these at a time.
Am I missing a setting in the Buzz box? Is there some setting in the router that needs to be changed? Not sure what else to try.
