had to do factory reset

Need help I had to try a factory reset today as my friend did something with my remote and i lost a bunch of channels,so it did a factory reset, downloaded Dol2,followed everything but now I get this please check your internet connection and portal ulr.I have it hard wired so i don't know what the problem might be any help on this and thank u in advance..

I believe you may have to go to wifi settings and turnwifi off

I checked that out and it is off,pulse when i check it in my settings its says its connected,

If there is an Ethernet connection, that is the one seen by the dreamlink.
With these Dreamlinks, an Ethernet connection will always take precedence over WiFi, even if wifi is enabled but an Ethernet is connected, the connected ethernet will be the one used by the dreamlink.

Message says...
'check your internet connection and portal url'

If you gots internet connection and IPs populate as 4wheelin asks, and you have also done a receiver reboot... then next step is shown in that message.
Check your URL.. Go to service website and log on to your code. Check what URL is given to that code. Ensure it matches what you have shown on the Dreamlink.

That factory reset will have erased your server setup on that dreamlink, so check that and redo.

depending what service .. but below is how to for Rocket..

ensure to use DOL2 and not the first DOL
as mentioned as well :)

To ensure a connection, just Open the Market. If it opens then all is good with that.

yes i did,and i see things have changed here, just try how to log onto my code not sure how to do this. got to where i check my donation but every time i try to change portal it just keeps going back to check donation

The 16 digit order numbers begin with..
Nfps = 33
Rocket = 19
iptv66 = 68

sorry but I am totally lost when i renew my script it was with papiao and the sent me a donation number which is 12 numbers i use to go to check donation put it in then a screen would pop up i put my apple id number in and what portal and it would have change iptv portal on it so i would just click on it and it would let me now when i do this it just keeps going back to put in donation number and user id. I dont know about anyo other way sorry for this.

what url do i use do i still use the one that i got my renewal from or do i put the new one that i see here..

I just followed what was on here tryed my old url and tryed new one and both time still getting the check box up,i am putting in my user name and donation number
that came with my renewal with papiao is the a way i can go check my donation again i read on here the the donation checker is not working.

Use the URL that is shown at the website.

Is it NFPS or Rocket ?
What are the first two digits seen on the 16 digit order number ?

Include the http:// prefix in the URL entered as well.
But I think the Dreamlink already has the http:// shown there so no need to have it shown twice.

The Order number is 16 digits long while the Donation number is 12 digits long.
The 17 are the first two digits of the Donation number.
Your Order number's first two digits are 33

I sent you another message with your Order details.
Use the server URL shown in that message.
