i installed kodi on windows 10 with m3u list channels work but the epg url from jezus acid seems not to work on windows 10
I haven't tried it with an m3u list on W10, but I have with both PVR Stalker client and Potato TV (i.e., IPTV Simple client). In both cases, it worked. Did you try it a couple of times after clearing data in both channels and guide and restarting Kodi? Once in a while it needs a jump start. You can go the extra yard: in userdata/database delete all the tv.db and epg.db files. Some will have numbers, like epg5.db or tv29.db. I usually find deleting data with a restart is enough to get things working.
Of course, there's always the chance the guide was down temporarily, althought it seems to be working fine now. Make sure the URL is correct. By th way, it's Acidjesuz in the URL, not Acidjesus.

There's probably a typo in your setup. I just checked out my windows 10 machine and put in the url for the epg from Acid and it populated just fine. There were a few channels that were missing data but other than that, it works fine.
This is the link I used:

That is a strange one! All I did was delete the tv and epg database files from windows file explorer first and then edited the settings.xml to put in the url for Acid's epg. Fired up Kodi and everything worked.
I'm using Kodi 17.6 with Confluence skin. I have epg set to not cache to local database in settings. Just Hallmark and a few of the UK channels were blank, but everything else filled in data for the most part.
You were at the tail end of the EPG data when you posted. Who knows! I'd try it again a little later. Make sure all of your clock/time settings are correct, too.

still a no go strange issue
For the heck of it, I'd download the guide and point to it locally, just to see if it loads ok. This may not point to a fix, but at least you'll know whether or not the guide will load.
You did try deleting the databases?

I copied and paste kens epg on kodi still a no go.
You chose Local and pointed to the EPG XML file on your computer in the PVR's configuration? If that didn't work, something is definitely out of whack.

I dont save any epg info on my pc .
Ok, that is what I was suggesting that you try... Download the EPG xml file and see how it performs locally.

where can i download the file at ?
Just paste the EPG's URL into your browser and wait for it to fully load. That can a minute or two. Once loaded, save the content as guide.xml (something.xml anway). Configure your client to local and then point to the file. Clear data in both channels and guide and the guide should load.

do you know if it saves data on pc?
The extra space it takes up (versus using the online EPG) is the size of the XML file you saved. (You can choose not to save data on the PC in the configuration area.) With this technique, you need to download a new EPG each day after it is updated online or the data will time out. It doesn't take much time to perform the daily ritual (about two minutes), but some folks want things fully automated or they won't put up with it.
At least this lets us know the EPG can load. There is nothing wrong with that aspect of your Kodi installation. And this provides a way to have an EPG on your PC.

Normally kodi will load the data from the remote URL, saves a copy locally then loads the data into the epg11.db database file.
the amount of guide data it loads into the database depends on the setting you set in the PVR&LiveTV /Guide settings (days to Display).
If the guide you download has 5 days of data and you specify 3 days to display, it will load 3 days into the database.
There is a setting (update interval (in minutes)) that it will check if you have less than 3 days. If so, it will access the local copy of the file and extract enough data to top up the database.
...but simple answer is, no. uses the same space as it normally would. (but if you download a 4 day guide everyday then you are causing your own problem)

Acid's guide contains 24 hours of data. Thus, he needs to download every day.
