renewal coe problem

I used up 2 credits and renewed 2 codes and only one code got renewed
Can someone help me with this ?......I have already emailed Papiao 5 hrs ago

Could take up to 24 hours to get a response from Papiao ..be patient .......check your bank and see if both codes were charged...if so..........give it a little time..........
