Can't load portal

I can't connect to p4, and the donation checker won't let me reset.
The reset site just times out.
I've tried rebooting router, and also the full URL.
Do the MOD's know anything about this, to lend some help?

I have a device on portal 5 that just went down and I can not reset the account or make any changes. Just times out. I don't want to change portals so I am just waiting to see if there is a resolution. I have the same problem.

same problem with server nr 3 black screen, thats all, using a MAG 254

portal 5 does seem to be down and when I go to papiao to change portal, it gives me "
Sorry we cant process this request right now."

The only thing I can say (since I'm not near a box) is there must be an issue because several people are experiencing the same situation. Thus, hold on, don't tinker with your settings and wait it out. I doubt it will take very long to get things straightened out.

Having the same issue with a Dreamlink lite ,and also mag 256w1.
Please fix it

I just tested portal 3 and it is working. I cannot speak for the other portals, however. Others can chime in when they have success.

Do they really respond to ping requests? Even if up? I never tried that to test it. Figured it was ignored.

Got switched to portal 5. Wasn't working, now I'm stuck on 5 as Papiao isn't working correctly - can't reset or change portals :-/

I reset early this am on 5 was successful in the reset, waited about 5 minutes , still no connection. A quick change to my port, got 4. Bam... smooth sailing!;)

hey guys I tried this morning and no portal 5 was not connecting, but I was able to change portal to 4 this am and up and running

switched to portal 4 my 2 boxes ,and now I am enjoying my tv programing.

Ya I just checked mine and it still down switched to 4 and all is well
