T2 with no US channels

Hi I just upgraded my avov box to t2 today and after changing my Mac on Papiao site and putting in portal in t2 I can’t get any US channels I can get some international so I’m not sure what the problem is Any advice? Ps I have tried with and without adding donation number as password and username not sure if it’s needed or not anymore or just MAC address if I change Mac on papiao site it won’t allow a login in so I don’t think the username is a problem

You must link your Mac at Papio site.
Enter Username/Password on T2
If you are getting live tv channels, Hit Menu,Settings,Group Channel Numbering.....Select Off. Exit back out to Live Tv, Should be in Correct order now.

Thanks for reply I have done all that and still no luck Wheel keeps spinning just saying loading When I first start dol2 says connecting and bar goes right across like connection is good and says 824 channels but cant get anything under 600 other than channel 77 it shown them in guide but when I click just spins and says loading

Is the T2 MAC addy now attached to the Rocket code ?
Did you do an IPTV Reset while at the Rocket site ?
Do that Reset with the T2 disconnected from the internet.

Just tried doing reset with box unplugged and still same thing. I’m thinking it’s connected because I am getting international and when I changed the Mac linked to rocket it wouldn’t connect at all. Said unable to connect. With the right Mac in place it shows connection fine on load up. Still just spins on Chales under 600 other that 77. Also it dose t show any adult channels in egg at all not sure why they are gone of if that have anything to do with it.

try changing portal on your donation panel.

It sounds like the portal is doing its job, but the streams are not authenticating. Most likely the channels that are working are those that do not require authentication. You have re-introduced the username and password, correct?

Well think i may be on to something. Seams I am having the same type of problem as another wil my internet blocking channels. When I connect to cell LTE streams fine. Tried reset on modem and unhooked router and hocked directly to modem with little luck. After reset after reset started to work but now won’t work when router is hocked up. Router is fairly new and higher end linksys. Not sure why some channels worked and others didn’t when I had internet. Guess I’m buying new router and see what happens

What is the country and internet lock for and what should they be on?? Been working ok tonight but no Epg yet. Didn’t know if it would populate over time. Is this option working and if so how do I get it? Thanks again all for advice

As silly as this might seem, check your real mac address and double check to make sure the mac address is exactly the same in the configuration. Any deviation, regardless of how slight can and does result in blocked message or not connecting to server. One way to check for your real mac address is by going to your settings and then go to about box or the sub section that provides the real mac address. Once you find the real mac address then you can check your configuration to double check your mac address was entered correctly. Once that is done, power off your box and go to the papiao.is website, log in, then reset your box. Wait 5 minutes and then power up your box and hopefully it will connect.

Re-check your configuration and if the http: or url address is exactly as it should be. Note: If the hxxp://p1.iptv rocket dot tv address does not connect, Try using the Full url address which is hxxp://p1.iptvrocket dot tv/c/index.html

Depending on your "given" url, you may want to double check all information is exact, correct and you may find a space, a dot or / is out of place or missing. Note: The wifi mac address differs from your wired ethernet mac address and if you're using a Stb Emulator, some older versions will not allow you to make any changes to the url so update your emulator to the latest one available.

Had to reset my modem and router again tonight to get connected again. Think it’s an ip related problem. But still no epg. Is it working and how to get it ?
