Got EPG but no Information

Hi, I am fairly new to this IPTV, but I do have it loaded up and running on my Dreamlink T2 box.
My problem right now is that when I press the EPG button the EPG comes up but everything says "No Information" How do I get the information to populate?

Yup! No EPG data across the board,all channels, P1, P2, since Friday evening and on thru today.:( /#MeeTooNoEPG/

This is almost always a provider problem, not a Dreamlink problem.

Regarding the EPG


I noticed also on nfps. I inquired about it.
Was told:
this is not our sw issue. we did not update recently.
i think rocket has now some internal modification.
soon it will be ok.
we will keep tracking it.

Is this still an issue ? i just set up my new T2 and all my EPG shows is NO INFO , do i just need to let it sit for an hour or something? the old DL i used to press EPG then the yellow button to update

It's still an issue. It began working again a few days ago shortly after it went out, then went out again. I barely had time to enjoy the EPG and enhanced features on my new T2 before a desperate family member begged/pleaded with me to loan it to them so they could decide if they were going to buy one or not, before the EPG went out on both the T2 and my old MAG254 STB.:(

I haven't had any EPG info for several days now, on my MAG254, and from what the family member who borrowed my new T2 tells me, there hasn't been any EPG info on it over the past several days either. I hadn't bothered to setup Kodi on my new T2 STB before agreeing to loan it to a family member, and now I'm glad I didn't, cuz now that the EPG isn't working on it either, maybe I'll actualy get my precious new T2 back again! LoL :D

Maybe they will bring back the old TV GUIDE so we can see whats on, sure doesn't work trying to flip through every channel to see whats on, must be a solution somewhere

EPG working great today 2/26/18 on T1+,T2/NFPS.

I am on Rocket and yet to see EPG that shows anything other then No Info. It's a new setup for me so am i maybe missing something here? I tried unplugging and to see if it needed to update, says APP Version v1.1.09.07-r1449 and S/W v1.2.16 revision r13015

Any idea why i cant get an EPG to update ?

Try unplugging for a couple of minutes and try again. Should load epg for you.

Hmmm just keeps giving no info when i hit EPG, unplugged several times, anything else to try, what does an iptv reset do? or epg mode from normal to classic

you could try an iptv reset on papio site. Epg mode is just the look of the epg display

Tried hard reset on my MAC no luck so far, would the info i first entered for my time and region effect this? I entered Canada.......Mountain MST etc. do i need to select a different region or run an app from the market ?

i'm running out of ideas, tried locking country , iptv reset, changed regions , mac address looks ok, i am assuming the first 2 are zeros and not the letter O. maybe try factory reset or software reset and download DoL2 again

yes zeros...example 00:1A:79:
Factory reset, download/reinstall Dol2

I followed the steps and factory reset and installed again, back to the same "No information" on all channels, the channels show up on the left telling which channel i.e. 249 Crime and Investigation, with video and audio but no info.
For T2 do i use the http:// before the p1.iptvrocket as it shows up automatically?
Is there anyway find out if it's epg problem on my end alone or from IKS rocket?

Is there anyway to find out if my T2 is defective or rocket needs to update a fix in order for my epg to show something other then "no information" ??

If it's my box i have a window of time to return it for money back or a replacement. the provider emailed me saying at first it's the provider reason why the epg is not populated but are willing to refund if others are working.

mine started , for the first time also, i guess it is normal for a large chunk to have no epg though,
