Hello everyone, just wanted to know if the time shift issue is a box issue or server issue? Is it working for anyone with a different provider?

New BuzzTV owner... It is deff an issue with the latest SW update on the box, as I was able to resolve it by uninstalling all updates from the buzz app, then restoring the app to factory settings and finally, restoring the box itself to factory settings and disabling updates prior to connecting it back to the network.
Patiently awaiting the new update to resolve this :)

a lot of work considering a factory reset would have been enough

True... Though doing trial and error in diagnosis to see just how far I would have to go to get it back up and working :)

I have tried all the methods you guys suggested but all I can do is pause, play, stop. I can not Rewind or Fast forward live TV.

Same for me yet I am not sure if this is because of the Buzz or the service in which I am subscribed to. I know that this is a server side function that will only work on catch up enabled channels and at present I believe my provider has catch up disabled as they are in the midst of infrastructure upgrades.
Best would be to find out from your provider as well if they have this service enabled
