Hello Charles...I have a problem.
Charles replies, ...whats the problem?
I just came in from getting groceries and, well, ...windows...frozen solid!
What do I do?

Charles remembers a trick his father had shown him.
Get some hot water. Not too hot, he states, and pour it around the edge of the window.
Wait about a minute and tap all around the edge lightly with a small hammer.
That should free it up. Call me back and let me know.

Five minutes later Charles' phone rings.
