connection

I have tried to reset my rocket, unplug my box, reset my router and tried the alternate URL but my box will not connect to the server. When i check my server setting it shows the channel list bit it does not show a full bar showing connected.

any help would be appriciated

I have now used the memory cleaner and then did a factory reset. once reset was done I did a iptv reset and then a modem reset. Everything has been reset and the box still wont connect with the server. Does anyone have any other suggestions.
