T2-M3U Playlist ?

I like to try setting M3U playlist on Dreamlink T2.
I have done the following:
-Downloaded Perfect Player
-Obtain M3U Generic & M3U with options URL's from my provider rocket
-After installing the perfect player I input the url in playlist 1(Used the Generic) & playlist 2 (With options)
-When I update nothing gets updated.
-Is there something I am doing wrong?
- Do I need to enter any other info?
-Also is there something for epg to be entered?
Can someone please help me out?

did you have any luck, are you getting info on your EPG, i set up a new T2 but cant get any info on EPG

Yes mudking I got it working with epg also.
At work currently but will post the info how to get epg later.
Works excellent the m3u.

I tried this but i get playlist update download(0)
Do enter hxxps://raw.githubusercontent.com/kens13/epg/master/guide_kens.xml
* Change hxxps to https
on both the playlist and EPG1 or just the epg guide, i looked at the tutorial from the other link above but on playlist he shoots over to DCIM potatoe file ? where do i get that file.

Which m3u file are you using? I am using generic in the playlist1(i typed the complete link address in the playlist 1)
Use ken's complete and type in where epg url is required-*** Double check for errors in the url info*****

Initial status of the EPG is Hidden.
you need to open Sub-menu (Top of channel list, in the Genres (All Channels etc.)window. Small square icon.
Click on EPG: Show EPG.
