Help with input new route numbers

Hello;
I have a mag 254 box. Was working fine - no problems.
Time came up for renewal which I did & it went thru.
I received email saying IPTV order is ready with my new order number & route numbers.
I cannot get to the page to input the new username & password ??

I was able to get to the url page & changed that info.
I then did the software update & it skip over the page where you input the new username & password
& goes straight into reboot the box.
Naturally the new username & password needs to be input but it never asks me for that.??
When I go to the IPTV reset & route checker page & input my info there it shows remaining days 365 which is correct.
The 6th box down on the IPTV reset & route checker page ( mac address ) is showing all 000000000's.
I go to the change mac address box & put in my box's mac address it says that one is already in use ??

When the box does reboot it goes to the STB is blocked - call your provider page every time?

Can someone please help me out so I can get my box back in operation?

I would say disconnect your box from internet first. reset your box and turn of after resetting your box. go to iptv provider site and reset your Mac. turn your box on, enter your info, reconnect internet cable and reboot your box last Time and see if that helps.:cool:kof

Your Mag receiver is skipping the part where it asks for Username and Password, because the server is not asking for that at present time... so in turn, your server setup is not asking for it either.
You just need the correct MAC attached to your code, which I see you are getting an error message when attempting to attach that.

You will need take a snapshot of your box's MAC address and send the along to iptv66

Thanks to all who helped me get up 7 running again.
My mag box MAC was not tied to my sub so it would not work
or let me input the mac.
My sub tied them together & it is working fine now.
