Renewal Question

I just renewed my subscriotion/donation and after completing payment I received the following message:

Order ID: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Payment Amount: US$ 75.00
Payment Result: Succeed
Please try to order again using a different Visa Card or Payment gateway.



Can I assume payment was successful or not? How long does it typically take to receive an email confirmation (I think I saw 24hr at one point while checking out)?

I would say it went through. since it showed you order id and result says succeed. check your spam or junk folder.

I second that, I paid twice in the past accidentally. I see succeed, I think you are good to go!

Check your credit card, you should see the payment processed right away.

That happened to me once so I reordered and ended up with 2 subs
I would wait for 24 -48 Hr and if you don't receive a email PM crazed or Marley your info you info

I do not know why they have it like this.
It shows Succeed but then it also shows to try again.
I do not know how many times I see people confused about that, including myself :eek:
I brought it to the attention of service admin some time ago, but it comes from the online payment gateway being used and it's only them that can change that or fix it or whatever they need to do with it.

The gateway does the transaction stuff.
That Order number is also generated by them as per papiao's standard.

The expected email to come, does come from papiao and that is where the time may vary.

Thanks for the quick replies guys! I seem to recall the same message last year and it went through fine - thought it would be worth checking before double paying. No email yet, but I'm sure it will come.

also is good to check the spam folder in your Email,some time e-mail send them to spam

Just got home from work and everything is up and running again - for reference, the renewal notice actually came in last night around 11pm so it didn't take long at all.
