Power Light is Orange

Hello,

The power light on my T1 goes to orange when powered up. I have to unplug power for a few seconds and then restart. Any ideas?

check your outlet polarity with outlet tester and make sure its correct. Also try different outlet as well factory reset your box.:cool: kof

power may have to unplugged for 10 to 20 seconds not just a few

Lucky me. I'm colorblind and wouldn't know the difference.

I figured it out, I was powering off the T1 with the remote, then shutting off the tv. The T1 was in the "reboot. standby, power off" screen. Had to hit the "exit" button for the picture to show up.
