Avov TV Online Update

Just passing along a Post from another site, from an Avov user.
Last night he received an auto-update to his STB, and his TV Online is functioning again.

He did not mention his model or the Firmware Update version#.

I'm just passing along the info!!!

Can anyone with an Avov v2 or Plus verify this news ................................?

I have an AVOV TV Online + and I have received no recent updates to this box. I rarely turn on this box because I use my Buzz; the IPTV server info wasn't even set up. So after reading this I fired up the AVOV box and no update took place (at least none that I saw). I entered server info into the TV Online app (live TV) and I connected to Rocket right away with no issues.

I was wondering that myself. As far as I know Rocket only has one URL, what am I supposed to change it to?

But just to be clear, My AVOV TV Online + IPTV on Rocket is working just fine. Kodi/FTMC is quickly becoming out of date but still usable.

If for Example you were on P4.iptvserver change to p2 .iptvserver

and do a reset at papio.

If everyone connects to the same server won't cause congestion end result freezing.

The question to be answered is ...Did Avov send a fix for TV-ONLINE to the boxes ? and was this fix for the Tv-Online boxes V2 and Plus

Avov Vers2, black and white boxes are working with both tv online and WEB imulator. update came in on one yesterday for me. VixO2 game box no tvonline update But WEB imulator is at store. Vixo1 first original boxes do not work on privateserver. But I saw that that same style Vixo 1 did play on rocketp1 link.

So if the older VIX01 is working on Rockets p1 url why can't a 66 customer move to a rockets login?
I vaguely remember (free time) in the very start of these iptv services there was a special server for some devices for a while?

I sent an e mail to the private server on how we can have the Vixo 1 change over to the rocket port. Some of my friends still have around 150 days left. No response yet. Its the same group something should be available.

I turned on my TV Online + last night and I got an update from AVOV. My box still works with Rocket. I had no issues connecting to Rocket before and still don't. I'm on the p1 server and watched Comedy Central for about an hour last night without any issues at all.

What's the reason for this update ,nothing change except now I see a weird barcode.

But hey guys, to accept an update from avov on an old avov receiver today is worth the chance. I prolly would do it too.

Avov fixed the vod search option on latest models N, S, Olli.
Old models not so much...

Recent update requires you to do factory reset after ota update. They messed up so server wont connect even on new models. But performing factory reset everything is normal

Make sure to restart your unit to get tvonline update ver. 240
Now we can actually use the vod search option :)

All Avov - White topped, Red Topped & Black Square boxes have updated back to the TV Online App with one exception - the Silver Edition, Teal Blue top No Love on that one (yet). I use the colors because I don't know the versions and at this point Don't Really Care !!!

White ver2, Red Online Plus, Teal Ble Silver none of the boxes are working on the private severs. Even after the latest update which came on Saturday (Feb 10) Morning.

did a factory reset on my fuse and now I cant load Project cypher it tells me the dependency is a got a error can someone help me get my box loaded again.

Check with their Home Site and use "Contact Us", I believe it is Near the Bottom of the Page. They can Re-Send it to You or at least They should be able to...!
