Based on my experience the following procedure will fix 99% of all problems with Mag boxes:
If you get a message that says your "STB has been blocked" it means that either your subscription has expired or the system is temporarily offline.
For any other problem...
1. First thing to do is unplug power plug from back of the Mag box for a few minutes and plug it back in.
2. If when it starts up the stripped bar appears but not the yellow bar and you get a message that says "Service is temporarily unavailable" unplug your Internet router and plug it back then repeat step 1.
3. If when it starts up the stripped bar appears but the yellow bar doesn't appear after 30 seconds or so then press the Setup button located under the blue button on the remote and at the System Settings menu select Reload Portal to try again. If it still doesn't work then repeat step 1.
