How do you change the MAC address on the Buzz 3000?
Can you change the MAC on the donation site or does it need to be the same as what the Buzz box shows?
My problem is that I can not get connected to the server on the new 3000 box. I had a different brand box working with a playlists, but could not get a playlists to download for the Buzz so decided to use the MAC address option but do not want to kill my donation. So I would like to do it correctly.
Thank you.

Thank I have added the MAC address to donation site but still can not connect any ideas for me?
I have the serve url correct and the user/ password entered with "use credentials" checked.
What URL are you using for the server address in the configuration? You need to use the longer version. Also, you need to use your Donation number or Route number for both the username and password.

Thank you for the help. Yes I am using the longer URL and the donation# (12 digits)
I just did a IPTV reset and will see if that helps or not.
when I click the "connect" button I never get a reply of action, not denied or connected just no action!

you can use a custom mac address for the buzz box by pressing the blue button when in settings and input any mac you want this way you do not have to use the original mac of the buzz box if you dont want to

Wow. I didn't know you could change the Mac on Buzz. When in Edit Server screen, it doesn't let you go to the mac address with up/down keys. I have been searching all over the net for a month now for this info but there was none. Thanks a lot. Just curious if this is documented anywhere ? If so, please let me know.
It has been mentioned in this subforum a few times before.

Thanks to everyone. It connected. I must have been trying during a IPTV down time.
