Hello,
I wanted to share my experience the last 2 weeks with Avov.
I / We went down just like everyone else about 2-3 weeks ago.
After working on it for a week, I decided to look at my Aris router I have from my ISP.
One of the tools is to list who is connected to the network.
Also included was the MAC address of each connected device.
The MAC for my Avov was not the same as displayed in the server settings which is very odd as the MAC is not supposed to change.
I played with it for days, doing MAC changes, etc.. but I just could not get it to work.
In the end I am using a laptop on Win10 using ProgTV native windows app.
I use one of the playlists they have, and I was running in a few minutes.
Sure I have to use a laptop via HDMI to watch TV but a least the service is up and running with some freezing like before.
I believe this is an Avov issue with the MickeyHop middleware and the MAC address.
If anyone want to talk about this, PM me.
Thanks,
Daniel
