problem with Us and Uk channels

since last week I'm unable to watch the US and UK channel , and I checked everything I could , stay the same I can only watch the movies and international channels . can someone help please.

i can see all the channels on my old mag 254 but not on the 256 using the same settings.

the channels show up on the list but you get a black screen when you click on them. I can watch some Indian and European channels but very few.

I have the same problem. I can get some international channels. When I go to CINEMA category none of those channels come in I just get the blank screen as described above. I thought it was the service but now maybe it has something to do with my mag256 box because others seem to be working. Is this issue specific to the mag256 box? Does there need to be a new update somewhere?

I did some more testing with other boxes. I was able to get the channels to come in but I had to mess with the player that is being used for playback. Is there a way to change the playback players for the mag256 box?

I am having almost the same problem. I have the videoclub (movies) but no tv. Only the list shows up.

There is something on Smart TV with Mag 256 blocking usa channels and other channels. Videoclub and international channels works. I took my mag 256 to my other regular tv and perfectly work all channels.

I have both 254 and 256 and the mag 254 worked perfectly in both TV(regular LCD tv and smart tv) but Mag 256 does not work all channels on smart tv. I tried this on Samsung and LG tv.
