Black Screen

My Friend got new Vixo2, we set up exactly we need to. First we got message "STB is blocked call provider" we done some reading and try different solution like turning off box and unplug Ethernet cable. power on after couple of minute than plug in Ethernet cable. finally got connected to server. now all channel list comes but black screen. ( No audio or Video) is anybody gt this issue and how you guys solve this.

i got that message all i did was turn off and back on.. try just using 1.iptvprivateserver.tv instead of with the http://
