route checker

Hi all:

I can't seem able to use my route checker.

1st line says:"route client. ID or E-Mail"
2nd line says:"route"

The "donation subscription" I was given is a 12 digit no. starting with G.
Tried entering this no. and my e-mail address, but keeping getting a "not recognized error"

I am simply trying to change the mac address for my new mag254 which I just received.

After many attempts, I keep getting the "pain in the ass captcha".

Any help for this frustrated user would be greatly appreciated.

First line = 16 digit Order number
Second Line = that Route number should be 13 digits
