Z7+ internal space

Hey guys i bought z7+ few days ago. I must very happy with unit exception of the remote which feels very fragile and cheaply built. My z7+ has only 3.7 GB internal space where as the box says 8GB. Any idea why?

I think NA version is 4GiB.
