lost epg

i notice from today am not getting no epg guide on my buzz 3000 every channel displaying no information what can i do to get back the guide.

no guide is a server problem not a box problem
mine populates in a second

I'm getting the same thing...."no information" on every channel except channels 118 and 119. For whatever reason these are the only two channels any guide info is loading for. Hopefully they are fixing the guide and that's why it's down. I'm hoping that when it comes back I'll have functioning guide that's not off by an hour or two.

It's not the box that has the guide issue, it's the server. That's why I'm hoping the reason the guide is down is they are fixing it.....hope springs eternal.
