PVR IPTV Simple Client Standalone

Don't want to appear to be too stupid here ,but, is it possible to run PVR IPTV Simple Client as a standalone on an android tv box? I mean without using it in kodi ? I would like to use it for my m3u playlist without having to use kodi at all. I've looked at perfect player and don't like it..blahh. Don't like IPTV player by

PVR Simple Client is an addon API app and therefore can only be run thru Kodi
To use it as a 'Standalone' app, you would need the .apk version of it, which I do not think excists
