I can not find a new URL to replace mine. I am on rocket at the moment using http://p1.iptvrocket.tv/c/index.html.

If I replace with http://IPTVRocket.is it does not connect

Those new URLs are only for the websites.
Do not change the URL on your receiver or application, keep it as it was.
