Turned on his AM and live is not working but Vod is ok. I did a factory reset and redid all information and still no live but VOD is ok. Tried my T1 and it is working fine. The T1plus has had the last update that was taken down. Could that be the problem?

Ok I found the problem port 3 is down on live but ok for VOD. Switched to port 4 and back in business.
