Staying Black

I have a Home Strong HEVC receiver home by me it working and when I carry it for his owner it stays black don't connect the server but kodi and everything else works fine what can be the problem thanks for any response

if you mean you are taking it from your place to his have you tried a iptv reset?

Yes, 4wheelin is right. If you change location, you need to do an IPTV Reset. When you return home after streaming at the other location, you will need to do the IPTV Reset again.
