SO i tried logging into the iptv private site and tried the pass/user and my email for each box and no luck...Any help??

to login to papiao.is (or on iptvprivateserver thru donaton checker)-- use your order # and pass#.
user/pass are same = donation #

i can't login to papiao.is either. tried login information as i always do, and it gives,"The information provided is incorrect please try again." 28/12/17

That is how I do it :) and is working with koidipahn's numbers/

I have sent kodiphan his correct numbers and should work now for you (the 16 digit number is the Order number and the 12 digit number is the Donation number)

Please understand, I have the same problem. I have logged in, all there is, is 5 rockets assigned but there are no credits, no credits, no donation numbers. All, unassigned, active, non active show nothing but 0's. There are no listings, order numbers or anything listed below, its just a blank and if you try to assign anything, this message comes up. "papiao.is says: You don't have enough IPTV & Free IKS credits for these transactions. Please recharge you balance." In other words you have to get more donations which means there were no credits, no donation numbers and without that you can't check rockets. I hope this provides total clarity to this problem. All I have is an order number with 5 rockets which may or may not be pending but there is no credits.

I have an order number and my password which allows me to log in to the panel and that's where the problem begins.

Please note: I received an email saying that they are working on the problem and they will send me an email to notify me. So, no point in sending more emails.
