No tv after new donation number

Mag 254, channels quit working so tried iptv reset still nothing, tried generating new donation number still nothing, donation has 259 days remaining, box just boots. shows the blue bar and right to tv, it never asks to re-enter new donation number after the blue bar. Is there any way to force it to ask for the new user name and password? Has latest firmware and is connected to the internet
