I received my Buzz box XPL3000 three weeks ago and same day I setup my network/video/audio etc settings and tested that it was working. I did not have any IPTV service so could not test that part of it. I unplugged it same day and forgot about it. Now, yesterday, when I finally got a chance to play with this new toy, I plugged it in but it won't power on. I changed the power outlet but still no go. It is a dead box, there are no status lights either. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
This sounds like a warranty issue. It could be as simple as a bad power supply, so try finding a compatible one, or powering via a USB port if you have a Male-to-Male extension.

Did you plug in the power to the right port?
Make sure it is plugged into the port that says
Power or DC
Some users make the mistake of plugging it into the RCA/AV port on the back.

Yes, I was plugging it into the AV jack. Plugged it into DC port and it powered on and upgraded to the latest firmware. This would not have happened if I was using it regularly which I plan to do it now. Thanks everyone.

Glad to hear this. The AV jack is just the right size, lol. There are relatively few flaws in the box, you will enjoy it for sure... and they will bump up the Android to 7.1 ... first box to do that. The only negative might have been the weirdly long last update.
loaded a new box this morning ,only took 5 minutes for install

lol! I did the exact same thing a few months ago when I bought mine! I cussed up a storm, then I realized I had been plugging it in to the wrong jack.
