Hi, wonder if anyone can help. I recently got a buzztv 3000 and cannot stream live tv. The setting is stuck on 'locked channels' and remote won't scroll to other options. any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks Sharon

hope you have it fixed by now. If not you are in the menu.......search, all, favorites, locked channels. Up arrow to all. then get out of menu with right arrow. I had to press ok button to find the menu on the left.
