nfps on kodi 17.6

got a new android tv box, 17.6 kodi version. Installed a new nfps sub on "pvr simple client" successfully and can not find on the kodi main menu where to access it??What do I need to do to enter a place to select this sub ?? My older version 17.3 has a main menu option that says pvr/subs with sub menu's of channels and guide etc...but version 17.6 does not seem to have this...any help would be muchly appreciated...rob

I recommend you use PotatoTV with Kodi so you get all VOD etc.
I also recommend you watch the tutorial video on the setup.

After the install, a few changes need to be made.
*Note: For selection of guide source, Viper is no longer updating, but you can select it anyway and change the EPG Guide URL address after the setup is complete by following this procedure;

To change the guide source URL address;
- Go to System Settings/ Add-ons/ My Add-ons/ PVR Clients/ PVR IPTV Simple Client
- Click "Disable", then click "Configure"
- Click "EPG Settings" button
- Click in the "XMLTV URL" edit window
- Change the URL to the new URL, then click "OK" to save the settings
- "DO NOT ENABLE YET"
- Go to System Settings/ PVR&LiveTV/
-Guide Tab - click "Clear Data" and confirm by clicking "Yes"
-General Tab - click "Clear Data" and confirm by clicking "Yes"
- Go back to System Settings/ Add-ons/ My Add-ons/ PVR Clients/ PVR IPTV Simple Client
- Click "Enable"

Channels and Guide will reload

If the pvr addon is enabled, a simple clear data in Live TV settings should show the TV options in the main menu. You can also delete the tv29.db and epg11.db from userdata/database directory (pvr simple client has to be disabled first in order to delete these files). Restart kodi and then enable pvr again.
