Need Update

I have a mag254 box connected to a Yamaha home theater receiver which is connected to a 65' Samsung smart TV and for whatever reason I decided to update to the new r22 update and by doing so I screwed myself. Everything worked great together with the update just prior to the r19 Monday June12, 2017 update. If anyone can tell me where to get that update (they are only allowing you to go back one update) or possibly post that update I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

Did the update to r22 go smothly ?
Have you tried powering off the mag ?

What exactly is happening ?

The update went smoothly and I powered off the box to no avail. What happens now is that when I go to change the input on the TV from OTA channels to the STB input the Yamaha receiver no longer recognizes the STB and I get kicked out.

Is this possibly an HDMI cable issue ?
Do you have another cable to try?
Or what about the AV connection, does that work ?

infomir is very fussy about their software that they release and is why you don't see the older files available.

If you can't get it working, what I would do at this point is send infomir an email explaining what happened... they may release a fix for the issue, if possible.

The new Rocketfish HDMI cables and the AV connection worked flawlessly right before the update. Just to be sure I swapped out the HDMI cable ( cause you never know)and no change. The only change to the entire set up was the new update. So I'm at a loss.

you may have to play with the settings to get it right,sometimes the firmware update puts everything back to stock.

Have you tried to connect your mag straight to your tv without going through the yamaha receiver.
