Dol2 issues

When i try to open dol2 says at the bottom opt error.

Fixed! had to factory reset my box lost everything but works now.

Factory reset works wonders, bad part is you have to start from scratch.

How this happened was when i started my box it did iptv app update automatic and rebooted its self then that is when i lost everything.so i manually did a factory reset to play it safe.
