HI If someone was to purchase a HD IPTV receiver can they view your service in HD?

No hd here so sad what a waste of good channels.
I think it’s because the people who get this service are unable to get a good internet speed ,so in my opinion this service is relegated to the old Stone Age times of sd picture on regular tv channels
It what do I now just my train of thought
