Does anyone how to hard reset buzz tv box?

my box was downloading an update but it never take it.so try to reset it many times wouldnt happen .box working fine just wouldnt take update or factory data reset.
does anyone know how to hard reset this box please let me know

you say it was installing an update but never finished........because if it was an update for Buzztv App ...it does it in the backround...you would not see it.........a firmware update would show progress...what is the firmware on your box ? is it buzztv 2000 or 3000

its a upgrade it read new version v001m901_20171024 the thing is i cant factory reset
i think it was trying to upgrade from20170304 to 20171024 but somehow it never take it because its stuck at 94% also think that cause it not able to reset thebox

yes. most these boxes have a hard reset but this one not sure

on 3000 its more then then storage & reset then factory reset your saying after that you lost all ?

and one more way doing factory reset its more then preference then more setting scroll down too personal and then reset

i did all that the box wouldnt factory reset at all the box work but it will boot when it want to update so take off auto udate so to stop the boot when watching .it want push the update but it wouldnt take it so i try to factory update it but it wouldnt work( update)

my box work fine just it keep pushing an update that wouldnt take so when tv on it will boot blank like it updating an go blank but never come on because it never take the update so what it did is remove auto update.i feel if i can reset the box it will help but the box wouldnt reset

now i got you your stuck on a update and wanted to do a box reset to remove that see if it wont do that try and turn off auto update and then do factory reset that may work if you have done that i would try and contract them for help dont know if you can do the toothpick trick just got my box

yea i see that like i said turn off auto update and try reset without internet too

thank for your help i have try that also i still have auto update off so the box dont boot off but working. just wouldnt be able to recieve updates or factory reset

on the bottom of the box there is a reset hole Its on the very bottom on the usb side there about 3 rows of dots up it says reset
there is a hole just above the word reset
this is on the buzz 3000 hoping the buzz 2000 is the same

thank guys for trying to help here but there no reset on hole on this box .i believe most iptv boxes have that reset hole but i just dont see it there

thats weird 3000 has one on bottom i would think 2000 would have on look hard had to put my glasses on too see it and it says reset too

wow what a find. I have a silver model and there it is in fairly large letters with a hole that I didn't notice for a while. Truly great news in case of emergency. Good job :cool:

yes then use the remote to do reset .there other things to go too inside but i only do factory reset
