Samsung MU8000 series and MAg 254

The problem is I cannot get an ethernet connection, once I connect the MAG box to Samsung One Connect Box. HDMi output works fine but no ethernet connection is detected , even though its connected.
Please help. Cable , ethernet port , both are working fine. It is the One Connect Box , that is giving this problem.

I had a similar issue with Netflix and/or wifi disconnecting. The only thing that worked for me was power off the tv and cable box. Then turn off router and disconnect coax cable from router for about 2minutes. Reconnect coax cable and turn on router (my router took a couple minutes to fully reboot). Then turn on tv and cable box. Reset smart hub. At some point in the reset process you'll be asked to re enter wifi password. After completion, hopefully all is fixed.

or change dns or I setup an "address reservation" on my wireless router using the TV's MAC address. So far I have watched a few movies and no disconnects. that tv has problem they say
