How to set up Video / Audio outputs to work?

I want to use the video and L/R audio outputs to create a UHF channel for in-house distribution. I have the proper cable. Can anyone please tell me if they have done this before how to set it up?

I am thinking to cycle through the output formats to see if one of those works. Just hit the resolution button?

I wonder if someone at Dreamlink can help me with setup questions.

Any advice is appreciated.
