Mag 254 Freezing & Buffering

I have a Mag 254 on NFPS that is constantly freezing and buffering on most all tv channels I attempt to watch AMC, Discovery, History etc. I can pull up a movie on the Video Cub and they play perfect. I have factory reset this box and set it back up, reset router & modem, reset IPTV and still same issue. I have two friends with the same setup that both are working fine. I tested the speed and get about 10 MBPS which is decent. One of the other friends that works fine is getting less than 4MBPS so internet speed shouldn't be my issue if his is working fine at less than 4MBPS. Anyone have any other suggestions I can try?

Forgive me for being stupid here try a new server? Is there different portal addresses to connect to another server other than the one supplied from NFPS with my donation?
