change time zone?

How do you change time zone: I went to home menu/settings and found time/date and clicked on that but truly is time and date only. No other options there.

Android Settings/ Date and Time
If you are attempting to adjust for incorrect EPG, Turn off Automatic Network Time and then change your Timezone.
(I dont have one in front of me, so I am just assuming!)
