is there anyone able to connect or is it down for all donations
NFPS is perking along fine right now, so I suspect Rocket is as well, although that isn't always the case. Since there are no other reports of Rocket being down, it further suggests the issue is at your side. Keep an eye on this server area, though, just in case.
If you haven't made any changes to your system, try an IPTV Reset to see if that will address the issue.

It has been working great here. Using an avov vxo1 ( yes, the very first avov box, but going strong still )

Is rocket still been blocked by Comcast? I set up a few donation for friends and they weren't able to connect. Are people still having this experience? Was a new ip address issued?

I have many blocked by Comcast & one way around this is to "bounce" the MAC address on the customer owned router & power cycle everything. By "bounce" I mean change the MAC Address in the WAN settings - Only the last 2 digits.

Has this worked for you bwcbob ? When you say "bounce the mac", do you mean logging into my router home page and under Wan settings, change the last two of mac number?

Yes it worked perfect for me and at least 15 others I know. You Must Power cycle your Modem and router after you save the configuration. I always just unplug my Modem & Router for 10-15 minutes. Bouncing the MAC forces the Modem to refresh the public IP. You can check your Public IP first and make note of it them "bounce your MAC" power down and when you get back check you IP again and notice it changed (to an unblocked one). Also if you type in the rocket url into your browser and it errors out you may be blocked. If it goes too a page with a blue back ground and states that "your STB is not supported" them you are NOT blocked.

IPTV Rocket is not down, most channels are up. However IKS Rocket is mostly down. Connecting to the server is not a problem but IKS service is down. I believe NFPS and other service providers like IKS Rocket are experiencing the same down issues. I have read they are making changes with hardware and software related issues and that they expect to have things back up but no specific date has been announced. It really comes down to wait & see but I think the sun will shine through eventually.
