Kinda strange, I am watching my Mag254 right now. I had the same blocked message since yesterday but tried a reboot maybe 20 minutes ago and it booted normally. Considering its working, I have not done any more reboots, I suppose its possible I got in during a brief open perioid, don't know. Others have confirmed they also have booted successfull. Its hard to say, but things are changing, be patient and try again once and a while. For the record, I have not yet linked my Mac address.

Hopefully, folks didn't go changing a bunch of settings during the server outage period.

ok just tried my mag 254 its working not fine but working

Thanks guys thought I was going crazy, just rebooted my MAG 254 with MAC linked and it is working. But you know what it changed back all my setting to the original settings I had my MAG set on an orange and gray screen digital I think it was and its back to the factory skin/settings.

Channel surfing I noticed CNN and Fox news were not working, no doubt other channels. I am watching Science channel which is working great.

When you say reboot, is to remove the ac cable from the back?

hit the setup button on your remote and click on reboot device

or you can go to settings and press restart portal and it will work also did my folks that way,and started right of way .

Reboot can be found in menus in both the outer and inner portals or you can unplug the power cable jack from rear of unit...

You may have to do it a few times before it will connect

Sometimes rebooting the modem and router will cure the problem.

I link the MAC address to the donation number, you guys think it might have something to do with that?
Because both of my unit are having the same problem.
Mag254 says the portal is not available.
Voxo 2 the unit is been block by the provider.

it's in your menus...on mag just use DHCP with static dns....basically the same with avov although you may have to run it static...

Ive a Mag 254 and never been able to get pat the "your stb is blocked" and thats after loads and loads of reading and advice from members on this forum
But ive got other portals working on the Mag and have had M3U working as well :)
So is google DNS...... 8.8.8.8??? really an answer ?

You should just use the free service until they change it to donation,the server is still on free testing mode.
For now just go back to the regular free MAC address and you should be fine then you can switch
Back When the server is totally ready for iptv donation.
